A moist and flourless chocolate peanut butter bread complete with a gorgeous peanut butter swirl and topped off with LILY'S baking chips.
Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x5 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor or high speed blender, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and process into a smooth mixture.
Pour chocolate batter into the baking pan. Add a few tbsp of peanut butter on top and create swirls with a tooth pick in the batter.
Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes. Let cool on a cooling rack for about 5-10 minutes before cutting.
Serve immediately and store leftovers in an airtight container.
