  • Dark Chocolate Style Mousse:
  • 6 oz
    LILY'S Dark Chocolate Style Baking Chips or bar
  • 1 tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 3 egg
    whites
  • 14 oz
    heavy cream
  • Milk Chocolate Style Mousse:
  • 6 oz
    LILY'S Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips
  • 1 tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 3

  • 14 oz
    heavy cream
  • Whipped Fruit Cream:
  • 14 oz
    heavy cream
  • 4 oz
    fresh raspberries
  • 4 oz
    fresh strawberries
  • 1⁄4 cup
    water
  • Whipped Cream:
  • 14 oz
    heavy cream
  • Chopped fresh strawberries and raspberries (for topping)

Directions

For Mousse: Melt chocolate and coconut oil over low heat in a double boiler until melted. Set aside.

With a hand mixer, beat egg whites until medium soft peaks form.

With a hand mixer, whip cream until medium hard peaks form.

Whisk egg whites into melted chocolate.

Once combined, fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture 1/3 at a time until combined. Set aside.

For Whipped Fruit Cream: In a medium saucepan, add fresh fruit.

Add 1/4 C water and cook over med heat until bubbling. With a hand blender, blend until smooth.

With a hand mixer, whip cream into medium hard peaks.

Fold fruit mixture into whipped cream. Set aside.

For Whipped Cream: With a hand mixer, whip cream into medium hard peaks. Set aside.
