Prepared with only a few ingredients, this decadent fudge is super easy to make and the perfect treat to share with family and friends!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place almonds and pecans on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes.
In a large saucepan heat maple syrup over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until it starts to bubble. Add the roasted nuts and continue cooking, stirring frequently until the maple syrup has reduced. This will take about 6-8 minutes. Once no liquid remains and maple syrup has coated the nuts, remove from heat and transfer onto a lined baking sheet. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Transfer maple coated nuts into a high speed blender or food processor and process into a smooth praline butter. This will take 5-10 minutes depending on the quality of your food processor.
In a small saucepan combine praline butter with coconut oil over low heat and set aside.
In a separate saucepan add chocolate chips, coconut oil, 1/2 cup of praline butte, maple syrup, and salt. Melt over low heat until fully combined. Add in some silvered almonds.
Pour chocolate praline mixture into a parchment paper lined 8x8 inch square brownie pan. Swirl some additional praline butter into the fudge for a cute look.
Let set in the refrigerator for up to three hours. Slice into squares and enjoy. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
