In a saucepan over medium-high heat, warm the coconut milk and LILY’S chocolate, whisking frequently until melted. Add in the maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt, and heat until it starts to steam but not boil.
Place the melted chocolate in a blender and add the chia seeds. Blend on low until combined. Repeat this process every few minutes until you obtain a pudding-like consistency.
Top with fresh fruit, more LILY’S chocolate, and anything else you'd like! Enjoy warm or let is cool to room temperature.
